I`m Nuno Sousa and if you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Algarve, I can help.

I've worked in the Algarve as a real estate agent for more than twenty years. I'm an investor as well as a certified sales representative.

My real estate career in real estate began back in 1999, when I was invited to be part of the Andre Jordan sales team, working in Quinta do Lago (Algarve) for over 10 years. Later, together with business partners we created a real estate specialized in the renowned “Golden Triangle” area, working with exclusive, luxury real estate.

In 2015, I funded my own Real Estate, Algarve Realtor, working on behalf of the buyers, helping them since the property search, through all the acquisition process and beyond. My professional affiliations include the National Real Estate Association (AMI nº11135) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

At the same time, I have also become the co-founder of an Algarve-based real estate investment firm that, in 2021, received an "Excellent" rating for its financial strength and performance, demonstrating a level of financial sustainability. Only 5% of national SME's could match these results.

me as a specialist?

I am a real estate developer and owner investor. I'm familiar with the market and understand what you're looking for. You have a tonne of responsibilities. Your life is very busy. You have family, friends, meetings, travel, and dinner reservations, just to name a few things on your to-do list for today. I understand. You don’t have time!

Nonetheless, I do. With the experience I've gained over the years, I've fine-tuned my process and strategies to provide my clients with the best possible buying or selling experience. I have a strong ability to advise on proper pricing and build strong relationships with other agents involved in the process, resulting in smoother transactions from the initial offer to the signing of the final deed.

This business has impacted who I am. It has accompanied me through wonderful times, a recession, a marriage, the purchase of my first home, my first renovation, my second, substantial remodel, health concerns, significant investments, and the birth of my three lovely children. I've learned from these experiences and am improving every day at what I love to do. I intend to stay here for a while.
