65 one- and two-bedroom freehold apartments integrated within a 5-star Hotel Group
All the Hotel residences Viceroy Residences will be managed, fully furnished and equipped according to the brand Viceroy Hotels & Resorts’ 5-star standards
Owners can use their apartment for up to 70 days per year (ad aeternum), with a maximum of 14 days in high season (July & August) and a maximum of 21 days in medium season (April, May, June, September, October)
When using their apartment, owners have access to all the Hotel’s services and facilities and have several owners’ privileges and discounts
When owners are not using the apartment i.e. for a minimum of 295 days per year, or more (if they use less than 70 days per year), the apartment is automatically available to be rented to guests in a rental pool system managed by Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, which ensures that the owner will receive a potential high rental income for as long as they own the apartment i.e. until they decide to sell it
Owners receive a guaranteed minimum net rental yield of 5% per year for the first 5 years. This 5% is calculated on the price of the apartment (excluding furniture) and is net of all condominium fees & running costs but before taxes
